Gastric Sleeve

Insurance

Most major insurance companies cover bariatric procedures as long as you meet their requirements. Your insurance may consider you a candidate for a weight loss procedure if your BMI is at least 35 (with underlying health conditions) or your BMI is 40 or greater (with no underlying health conditions). If you do not have insurance, do not meet your insurance requirements, or if you have an exclusion on your policy, we now offer financing options through our partners at Care Credit and American Healthcare Lending.
